AEL Mining Services is a leading developer, producer and supplier of commercial explosives, initiating systems and blasting services for mining, quarrying and construction markets in Africa and Indonesia.

Currently, we have immediate vacancy for:

TRAINING AND QUALITY ADMIN (CODE: ADM - TQA)

to be based at Balikpapan

Key Responsibilities:

To provide administrative support within the Training and Quality Department, including support in preparing, monitoring and recording all training activities within AEL Indonesia and to provide other admin support related with training program management to the Operations Department

Requirements:

• S1 Degree or Diploma 3 with minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• Adequate English language skills (writing and oral)
• Ability to implement sound filing and documentation systems
• Orientation to customer success, accuracy and details
• Sound interpersonal skills and tenacity
