We are a new established foreign investment company

PT. BHIMASENA POWER INDONESIA the power plant industry that will supply for 2 x 1000 MW located in Central Java, Indonesia. Now we are seeking highly qualified and dynamics professionals to build our organization in the following position:

Legal Section Manager (LSM)

Responsibility area/system:

• Performing various tasks related to legal matters in company
• Providing legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters
• Preparing legal letters, agreements for mergers, acquisitions etc.
• Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in company
• Studying contracts and legal documents to make sure that it is in the company’s interests
• Handling lawsuits of the company
• Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention.
• Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.

• Education Background: Min. Bachelor Degree major in law.
• More than 40 years old
• The ideal candidate should have ten years post qualified experience in contract/commercial law .
• Good verbal and written communication skills English (TOEIC more than 800, or equivalent)
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills necessary for interaction with the Government, the Judicial system and negotiating parties
• Have  experiences  in the sector  power,  energy,  heavy industry,  EPC,  project finance and  internal governance
• Able to make frequent business trips to  Central Java areas and other destination if  needed
