- Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the business process of the organization.
- Help the CEO to achieve the company’s overall strategic goals and plans.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Board.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 45 years old.
- Minimum bachelor degree in business administration or engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of senior-management responsibility in energy or telecommunication or retail business.
- Sound commercial understanding of the business and strong leadership skill are mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required and fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
HR Director

Responsibilities
- Align HR policy & systems with strategic goals and plans.
- Lead, direct, manage, and coordinate the HR team to achieve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline with GPA > 3.2 from reputable universities.
- Maximum age 45 years old.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as HR Director in energy or telecommunication or retail business.
- Extensive experience in executive search / organizational development / HR consulting is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
