HSE Inspector

Location: Jakarta - Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)

General Responsibilities:

To conduct inspection to all facilities and equipment at PHE WMO work premises and ensure all activities conducted in safely manner through various work programs (training, risk assessment, monitoring, and closed supervision)

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist preparing HSE plan to support operation (Production, TS, Project & Drilling).
• Review all HSE procedure related prior execution by operation (Production, TS, Project and Drilling).
• Assist to conduct and review all HIRADC and Aspect - Impact related with both Field Operation and Jakarta Office and understand ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Conduct in- house HSE training and socialization.
• Conduct HSE Inspection to all facilities and/or equipment that will be used by company or at company work premises (both field and Jakarta Office).
• Implement and monitor all activities shall be conducted in safely manner.
• Conduct CHSEMS Inspection (WIP, FE) to all high risk contracts).
• Develop safe work culture among employees (especially on the field operation) through developed various activities to get employees interest in HSE.
• Assist Responsible Party to conduct Accident/Incident investigation.
• Coordination with Operation regarding all HSE related matters.

Requirements:

• Min. bachelors degree in Public Health or Bachelor of chemical/mechanical/electrical engineering or bachelor of or Diploma 4 of Occupational Health & Safety.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Oil and Gas Operations
• Having technical competencies in Facilities & Equipment Inspection, Rigging safety (Lifting Operation), Basic Life Support, Fire Fighting, Accident Investigation
• Preferably having analytical thinking, problem solving skill, active learning, and leadership skill
• Good command in English (verbal and written)
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
