We are multinational company in Coal Mining Industry in the North Barito, Central Kalimantan, with PKP2B permitted. We are seeking professional and talented people to build career with us for the following positions:

 

Safety Supervisor

Key Accountabilities :

• Assist Safety Superintendent to create and establish OH & S management system.
• Assist safety Superintendent Introduction and development of OH&S management systems and procedures.
• Develop OHS procedure to be in line with mining operation.
• Reporting to ministry of manpower and ESDM regarding the Safety Management Systems implementation in the company.
• Conduct internal Auditor for HSEMS audit.
• Supervise to executes, control, reviews, suggest and departments HSE target programs to decrease/lower all potential hazards and environment aspect and control all risks and environment impacts within company facilities and/or working areas/locations.
• Review the company HSE Procedure to be in line with the government laws and regulation for Occupational Health Safety and Environment.
• Supervise to review and implement the Indonesian Regulation/Legislation that related with HSE.
• Supervise to monitor and maintain control measures in the use of hazardous materials.
• Facilitate the company risk and environmental impact assessment process.
• Supervise to check and maintain company equipments in good working order regularly.
• Supervise to conduct the HSE Inductions Training and related others HSE training programs and prepare and develop HSE training plan and also material regarding HSE campaign.
• Supervise to promote and monitor orientation/induction and training programs for company and subcontractor personnel.
• Promoting HSE programs and health and safety related campaigns and prepare HSE campaign and alert notice.
• Compile and manage the HSE Performance Report and Statistical analysis and report to HSE Superintendent.
• Conduct investigation of accidents and analysis of accident statistic in order to identify trends and propose the necessary corrective measure.
• Supervise the contractor HSE monitoring and measurement and also the evaluation of compliance.
• Supervise to prepare and conduct emergency drill periodically.
• Conduct HSE meeting, toolbox and periodically HSE inspection, and monitor the corrective action implementation.

Specific Requirements :

• Min. 3 years .
• Bachelor Degree of Safety & Occupational Health applied Science / related degree.
• Max. 40 years.
• Excellence in English and MS Office.
• Well comprehended AK3.
• Poses POP, have certificate related with Safety & Health.
• Have leadership, eager to work, discipline, communicative.

 

Safety Officer

Key Accountabilities :

Civil Engineer

Key Accountabilities :

• Planning up to basic design of Civil Structure.
• Review of construction design in Civil Engineering.
• Preparation of technical specification, cost estimates and tender evaluation for construction in Civil Engineer.
• Construction Supervision in Civil Engineer.
• Maintenance of Civil Structure.

Specific Requirements :

• Min. 10 years experiences (preferable in Mining Industry).
• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineer from reputable University.
• Max. 40 years old. (Male/Female).
• Ability to using Ms. Office, AutoCAD, STAAD III, etc.
• Good command in English both oral and written.
• Cooperative, hard working, honest minded.
• Have good knowledge in Civil Engineering Code and Standard.
• Design and supervision abilities in the civil projects which equal to an infrastructure of a mining project, such as earth work, hauling road, jetty, foundation, steel structure and one to two stories site buildings.
• Willing to be located in Jakarta.

 

Barge Supt (sect head)

Job descriptions:

• to monitor coal logistic condition
• to ensure all equipment, personnel and infrastructure set prior coal loading
• to arrange coal loading plan to barge
• to ensure efficient, effective and save barge sailing (zero accident and environment hazard)
• to complete all shipping documents prior barge sailing
• to make proper documentation
• able to develop employees

Requirements:

• owns at least certificate ANT-II
• has 2 years work experience in coal port
• understand shipping documentation
• strong leadership
• honest
• open-minded
• strategic
• able to arrange work report and work plan

Loading Master

Job descriptions:

• to ensure no contamination in barge prior coal loading
• to ensure all personnel in good performance prior coal loading
• to ensure effective, efficient and save coal loading process (zero accident and zero environment hazard)
• to coordinate with plant operation team during coal loading process
• to coordinate with unloading team
• to coordinate with superintendent company
• to complete all legal aspects prior barge sailing

Requirements:

• owns at least certificate ANT-II
• has 2 years work experience in coal port
• understand shipping documentation
• strong leadership
• honest
• open-minded
• strategic
• able to arrange work report and work plan

Middle Surveyor (Geodetic Control)

Qualifications:

• Senior High School with minimum 7 years experience.
• D1, D3 Civil / Geodetic with minimum 5 years experience.
• S1 Civil/Geodetic with minimum 3 years experience.
• Familiar in use Total Station, Water Pass, RTK, GPS Geodetic & GPS Handheld.
• Have good knowledge to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, exploration, land acquitition, titles, mining/Exploitation or other purposes.
• Able to operate computer program such as; AutoCAD, Surpac, Global Mapper, Autodesk Land Development Survey, Minescape, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Hold a POP Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate and "Juru ukur tambang" Certificate

Job Description :

• Planning the measurements.
• Data collection / measurements on the steep cliffs.
• Collect data, correction data, calculate the measurement data manually and computerize.
• Coordinating, controlling and directing all survey activities, developing survey methods and survey instruments in order to support operational activities accurately
• Supporting data and mapping the actual area location information Conducting.
• Joint measurement survey.
• Draw a map from measurement data either computerize.
• Being able to manage the job well.
• Able to resolve technical issues related to the survey and mapping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Have a good personality, appearance, attitude, honest, and responsible.
• Good leadership, analytical, planning, scheduling, problem solving and decision making skills.
