Process Engineer

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years related work experience. Having experience in EPC company or similar industry is preferred,
• Experience in piping design for the oil and gas industry.
• Process Engineers shall have deep experience in Heat and Material Balance development (HMB), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD), Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), preparation of calculations and process simulations [HYSIS], preparation of process data sheets for equipment and instrumentation, and operating procedures and philosophies. Experience with rating process equipment and utility systems is required. It will also be essential to have a strong competency in all aspects of process design safety and in particular the development of flare, relief and blow-down systems.
• Process Engineers shall be fully conversant with the applicable International codes and standards appropriate to their specialty.

Mechanical & Piping Engineer

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in engineering, Mechanical or Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience. Having experience in EPC company or similar industry is preferred,
• Experience in piping design for the oil and gas industry.
• Having professional engineering certificate is preferred.
• Provides detail design of Oil & Gas projects. Supervises an assigned staff of engineering technicians and support personnel by administering, coordinating, and overseeing the conceptual and detailed design activities.
• Duties will include the development of unit plot plans, equipment arrangements, elevation layouts, piping studies, equipment nozzle orientations and work-hour estimates.
• Individual must be able to read and understand piping and instrument diagrams (P&ID's).
• Individual must be familiar with the development of Detail Engineering of packages, equipment spacing requirements and with skid/module design and apply this to a cost effective layout.
• Must have proficiency in AutoCad or Microstation cad systems.
