Proposal Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Review all the source of information of tenders (Internet, newspaper, email) that can be interesting for the company
  • In close coordination with the Indonesia Industry Business Development Manager, build the proposals, being part of a tender process or direct proposals.
  • Assist to any clarification meeting and opening ceremony of the tenders.
  • In coordination with the Operational manager, handover the proposals once the contract are signed with the clients, in order to assure a smooth transition to operations. 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Proposal Engineering - with the job role in Technical Support.
  • Knowledge about the value chain of Oil & Gas industry, from design house to EPC, to manufacturing, to construction & installation, to commissioning, to in service maintenance, to dismantling.
  • Good knowledge about issues in the fields of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment for Oil and Gas sector.
  • Good professional background and capability to dialogue with client top management and project manager
  • Good skill in technical writing
  • Proficient in office software (Lotus Note, MS office, PowerPoint, MS project management)
  • Fluent in English
  • Sales-oriented and self-motivated

 

Document Control Executive

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with inspectors within country and in BV network.
  • Ensure the reports are collected, collated and submitted to client within time.
  • Prepare and maintain registers of:
  • Request for Inspection register
  • Equipment Mobilization register
  • Inspection Report and Inspection Release Note Register
  • Non Conformance Report Register
  • Project Crew Status
  • List of Approved Project Personnel
  • Performance Monitoring processes.
  • Producing listings.
  • Setting up project filling systems.
  • Teaming up with Client document controller.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or degree in any technical discipline
  • Minimum five years’ experience in working as Document Controller with an Oil & Gas Company
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in performance monitoring (KPI) is preferred
  • Having interpersonal skills.
  • Being able to work with one or more teams.
  • Having excellent IT skills.
  • Having organization skills.
  • Being flexible and proactive.
  • Having good written and spoken communication abilities.
  • Being reliable and honest
