Discipline Capabilities Coordinator / Operations Coordinator

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • 4 to 6 years proven work experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Structured response to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • A strong Team Player.
  • Experienced to develop and present reports to leadership.
  • Experienced to develop and maintain a complex filing systems.
  • Proven ability in working with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, MS Project.
  • Proven ability to manage and arrangement domestic and international events and travel.
  • Strong communication skills both orally and written (Bahasa Indonesian and English)
  • Ability to perform translation of documents and material.

Job Key Accountability:

  • Coordinate the update & delivery of the detailed action plan to support DC Annual Operating Plan
  • Assist Discipline Capability Manager and Advisors to develop, arrange and facilitate training, assessments, and workshops.
  • Maintain action log for OMS CI Improvement action plan for DC Team.
  • Maintain Authorization database and filling system.
  • Manage the monthly DC meeting program and action tracker.
  • Act as interface with skills center to ensure KPI's are delivered.

  • Bachelor Degree (preferably Engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years proven work experience in business support.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Structured response to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • A strong team player.
  • Experienced to develop and maintain database.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple meeting calendars.
  • Proven ability to manage and arrangement domestic and international events and travel.
  • Strong communication skills both orally and written (Bahasa Indonesian and English).
  • Ability to perform translation of documents and material.

Job Key Accountability:

  • Coordinate the update & delivery of the detailed action plan to support challenge & excellence program implementation in Asia Pacific.
  • Schedule, coordinate assessments and ensure availability of pre-read prior to the assessment.
  • Arrange meetings, training, operation assessments, workshops related to challenge & excellence program implementation.
  • Coordinate discipline on boarding sessions.
  • Maintain discipline database & produce reports to feed development & deployment conversations.
