Our client list covers almost all major oil & gas company in Indonesia and in the region. We're expanding our team to meet the current and upcoming projects and in needs for the positions below :

 

Project Services

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Minutes of Meeting
  • Prepare Weekly Project Report
  • Prepare Monthly Project Report
  • Establishing and maintaining the project documentation
  • Assist Engineering Manager and Project Engineer

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, in Business Administartion or Secretarial Collage (D3) other major encourage to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English, including flair for presenting information clearly, accurately, persuasively and strong influencing and verbal communication skills
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in administrative task
  • The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure of tight deadlines is essential
  • Fast learner, highly motivated with xcellent service attitude, and good looking “Expert level” skill with Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
