Receptionist and Telephone Operator
Jakarta Raya
Summary of essential job functions and responsibilities:
- Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously assesses the whole of received calls/inquiries and directs and/or records and relays messages.
- General administrative duties as assigned.
- Prepares or processes completely of outgoing mail to include: accurate weighing, coding, sorting, affixing postage, properly addressing, and preparing certified/rush/overnight/return receipt mail.
- Keeps immediate supervisor well informed of activities, results of efforts and problems identified.
General Requirements:
- Female, maximum 25 years old.
- Attractive, service oriented and computer literate.
- Must possess at least Diploma Degree (D3).
- Three years of experience is a must.
- Must also have basic knowledge of MS office products, i.e., MS Word and Windows, Power Point.
Specific Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic; can work independently.
- Must be self-motivated and with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Performs receptionist duties, including greeting and directing visitors to appropriate office, department, or staff member.
- Professional and telephone etiquette.
- Detail Oriented.
