PT. Plumpang Raya Anugrah (PRA Group), an expanded and a rapid growth Indonesian drilling, work over, and IPM Services Company, that is currently working for several drilling, work over and IPM projects in Indonesia and overseas, is now looking for some several high calibre and strong motivated candidates as follows:

 

Sr. Accounting Staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum graduated from Bachelor (S1) of accounting
  • Minimum 3 years experiences working as Sr. Accounting Staff
  • Can operate PC well. Familiar with Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Accurate system.
  • Has a good leadership, can work in a team and coordinate the team in any condition.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Hard working, honest, self-motivated, loyal, problem solver, cost conscious, and accurate thinking.
  • Willing to work all around Indonesia.
  • Can work with under pressure condition and tight schedule.

 

Jr. Accounting Staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum graduated from Diploma (D3) of accounting
  • Minimum 1 year experience working as Accounting Staff
  • Can operate PC well. Familiar with Excel, MS Word, Power Point.
  • Has a good leadership, can work in a team and coordinate the team in any condition.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Hard working, honest, self-motivated, loyal, problem solver, cost conscious, and accurate thinking.
  • Can work with under pressure condition and tight schedule.

 

Management Representative Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and control document Management System, to include revision control, change request and document formatting
  • Responsible for the system certification, surveillance audits, recertification etc of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 certification
  • Responsibility of Management Representative Le periodic internal audits and MR meetings
  • Able to identify proper system and demonstrate effective recommendation and implementation
  • Make internal quality audit plan and management review plan
  • Evaluate and control the implementation of management review
  • Be the liaison with external parties on matters relating to the Quality Management System
  • Handle and make the follow up about corrective actions for customer complaints

Requirements:

  • Education background management, industrial engineering or other related study
  • At least 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field, direct experience in service company with responsibility in implementation QMS, EMS or OHSAS, experience as consultant, assessor or management representative
  • Passed Lead Assessor Course in QMS, EMS and OHSAS
  • Able to work in SAP system, internal audit system, ISO system and implementation
  • Have excellent analytical skills, proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity and motivated, risk focus and attention to details discipline and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively and to motivate team members and excellent administration and interpersonal skill, demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding PC skill on Microsoft Office

System Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Managing, preparing and submitting reports relating to regulatory compliance
  • Managing, preparing and submitting internal compliance reports;
  • Managing and supervising the implementation of compliance systems, policies and procedures in the daily business activities of the Company;
  • Assist other Legal & Compliance Department team members in conducting day-to-day assignments; and
  • Report directly to Head of Legal & Compliance Department.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding in regulatory compliance matters, particularly with respect to prevailing laws and regulations relevant to non-bank financial institutions;
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge regarding internal compliance system, procedures and reporting requirements; and
  • Excellent English communication skills (writing and speaking)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree. Law or Equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): internal compliance.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
  • Full-time position(s) available.
