We are ATCOG - OIL AND GAS COMPANY, currently is seeking for Field Engineering and Business Development professionals to strengthen our team especially for oil and gas. We invite qualified candidates to fill in the following positions;

Business Development ( Code - BD )

This full-time role will be responsible for:

• Manage the head office relationships of our key corporate accounts
• Build strategic corporate to corporate relationships with key decision makers in key accounts
• Manage the decision making process within our key accounts, in order to maximize revenue growth across our enterprise
• An expert at positioning our value proposition, in order to take advantage of our clients growth strategy
• Must demonstrate the experience in establishing executive account plans, with a focus on growth
• Establishes new business and supports current business with distributors and/or end users
• Assists customers in the selection and purchase of a broad range of more advanced products and/or services
• Completes sales contracts for orders, including pricing and payment terms
• Maintain a working knowledge of product, product architecture, development tools and common customer operation environments
• Participant in the development of key account relationships
• Maintains on-going client relationships with key business stakeholders, industry networks and associations
• Identify new business opportunities for company products and services, potential clients and new product or service development requirements
• Develops and delivers executive presentations requiring excellent communication & marketing skills
• May assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services

Qualifications

• Has a broad knowledge of business issues and processes such as Strategic Planning, Business Development or Marketing strategies
• Typically has post-secondary education in Business (or equivalent)
• Requires extensive knowledge of company, products and/or services
• 5-10 years experience in and knowledge of Oil & Gas technologies
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution
• Strong ability to influence and deal effectively with people at all levels of an organization
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to perform successfully with limited supervision
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities

Field Engineer (Code-FE)

• Educational background: Bachelor in Civil or Mechanical engineering, instrumentation, electrical
• Able to create sketch, interpret and implement into bill of material
• Familiar with Auto Cad or PDMS
• English is a must minimum written
• Experience minimum 3 years (Preferably in oil and gas industry)
