PROJECT CONTROL

Requirement :

• Hold minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Background from Civil Engineering with GPA more than 2.75 of 4.00.
• Male, age between 27-45 years old.
• Should Have minimum 3 years relevance experience in site project (it will be plus point experience on Oil & Gas Company).
• Have an excellent relation with other people either on communication, negotiation, or explain new knowledge on Oil & Gas.
• Active, Communicative, Strong English literacy both speaking and writing
• High proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Primavera Software

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION (CA170114)

Key Accountabilities :

• To manage all Procurement commercial matters including contract, pre-qualifications, bid evaluations, negotiations, administration, and variations
• Internal interfaces include Engineers, Project Management Teams, Operating Groups, QA/QC, and Accounting and Proposals
• committed to a budget that already exist in the project execution plan
• To acknowledge Masterlist Procedure, Shipping Document, Schedule & Expediting
• Relationship with Government about Regulation SKK Migas and Customs Office

Requirement :

• Hold minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Law, from with GPA more than 2.75 of 4.00.
• Male, age between 27-40 years old.
• Experience 7-10 years
• Competencies: Integrity, Synergy, Commitment, Communicative, Confidence, Customer Service Orientation, Adaptability, Endurance & Tolerance to Stress, Emotional Stability, Achievement Motivation, Initiative

CIVIL INSPECTOR

Requirement :

• Hold minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Civil Engineer, from with GPA more than 2.75 of 4.00.
• Male, age between 28 -35 years old.
• Experience 3-4 years in Oil And Gas Project
• Good Knowledge of International Code : ACI,AISC/LRFD,AASHTO, etc anda National Code : SNI Beton, SNI Baja, SNI Jalan Raya Etc.
• Reporting, Inspection all Activity Civil work

Major Resposibilities :

• Monitoring all activity Civil Work
• Prepare Inspection Report
• Coordination with subcontractor for Civil Work
