PT Cikarang Listrindo is one of an independent Power Generation companies which are given the trust to manage some of the industry in terms of providing electricity supply. PT Cikarang Listrindo founded in 1991 located in Cikarang, it's designed as a power plantation using Gas and Steam with 'Combined Cycle* operating system and connected to the PLN-PJB interconnection system. With capacity 755 MW, PT. Cikarang Listrindo are supplying industrial zones in Cikarang area, there are Jababeka I, Jababeka II, EJIP Cikarang, Lippo Cikarang, Hyundai, and MM 2100 Cibitung, with more than 1800 customers. Compensation & Benefit Analyst - Industrial Relation (Code : CBA-JS)
Responsibilities
- Ensure company compliance with regulation and laws, including reporting requirements.
- Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
- Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales.
- Provide advice on the resolution of classification and salary complaints.
- Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information.
- Perform multifactor data and cost analyses that may be used in areas such as support of collective bargaining agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Compensation & Benefit Analyst and Industrial Relation
- Having a good knowledge in Mercer analysis
- Full-Time position(s) available.
