A medium size foreign upstream oil and gas company is looking for suitable candidates for the following positions:

Treasury & Tax

• Responsible for company cash flow, ensuring sufficient fund availability
• Preparing and conducting payment to vendors and to employees
• Maintain payments transactions records and coordination with accounting for monthly reporting
• Responsible for companys matters related to banks
• Prepare and submit Tax Report (Pph 21, 23, 4(2), and VAT) in timely manner
• Assist in preparation and submisson of VAT reimbursement report

Budget & controller

• Involve in budget preparation process, and its implementation across divisions
• Analyze budgets & preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted ousts to actual coats
• Coordinate with field personnel to reconcile financial and administrative data related to companys projects
• Assist Finance Head in providing asset insurance

General conditions for both positions:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Brevet A&B certificate will be advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years experiences in related areas, previously work in Oil & Gas Company would be advantageous
• Fast learner, independent and detail oriented person
• Posses excellent communication skill, in bahasa Indonesia and English
