Regional Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure company strategic and business goals are clearly communicated, understood and implemented troughout the respective region.
  • Analyzes and mitigates risk to the region (i.e. relative to competition, labor threats, compliance needs, regulations) by proactively monitoring internal and external risk opportunities to the company; developing an action plan; and utilizing the respective branches to execute the plan.
  • Cultivates an environment where all respective branches team respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance.
  • Manages overall financial performance of the region quarterly by analyzing and reconciling financial reports of the respective branches.
  • Analyze branch performance in the respective region and provide feedback, guidance, training and encouragement in order to impact result.
  • Coach and mentor Branch Manager.
  • Develop and execute annual objectives, goals and strategies for the region.

Branch Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Set up branch's business plan and financial objectives based on the agreed target in order to ensure the implementation of operational activities in line with the work plan effectively and efficiently.
  • Collate branch's annual budget to get superior approval, and control the budget usage in effectively and efficiently to support branch's operational activities.
  • Assessing local market conditions by identifying sales opportunities to day and future sales prospects, as well as to penetrate new customers, to achieve branch targets agreed.
  • Coordinate with related division at head office in preparing proposal, bidding/tender, negotiation, contract agreement and develop product range to be offered to client in order to achieve branch target.
  • Represent management to sign proposal, bidding/tender, negotiation and contract agreement in order to ease the deal process.
  • Coordinate and monitor branch's operational activities including administration, finance, and human capital function, to be in line with the prevailing policy and procedure in order to achieve the agreed target.
  • Evaluate branch's performance report to ensure all tasks are accomplished on time according to the agreed budget and comply with the agreed quality standard.
  • Ensuring branch is aligned with corporate values, compliance to company policy, and compliance to accreditation and branch is in excellent condition, working with efficiency, professionalism, quality and integrity.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with client and related institutional bodies/government in order to support operational activities and achieve branch's target.

Sales Manager

(Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Marine Cargo / Coal & Mineral)

Responsibilities :

  • Planning, coordinating, leading, supervision and controlling of all activities and the management of the Sales Department.
  • Work to grow existing and establish new customers in order to meet the agreed target.
  • Conduct courtesy calls or visit to existing customer in order to maintain good relationship and provide better services.
  • Coordinate with sales team in preparing all tender documentations properly in order to ensure the completeness, validity of documentation and also on-time submission to client.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Legal in preparing the draft agreement and make sure the agreement is in line with the agreed scope of work, terms and conditions, price, etc., in order to get approval from the client and relevant departments.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up customer quotation, cancellation or changes in sales order, and communicate the changes to related departments in order to avoid any unnecessary problem and to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and handle any complaint in proper manner.
  • Develop, coach, train, and motivate all team members in the field of Sales Department, including special assignments to improve the competence and ability, and encouraging continual improvement.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with the Operations Division, Branches and Sales teams, as well as develop relationships with people among industries, associations and government, to update database and information relating to new projects and business opportunities in order to maximize company profit and implement a cohesive sales plan.
  • Reports periodically to Group Head of Sales and conduct ongoing meetings to develop the sales database, lead the analysis of sales data, and provides an estimate of sales initiatives to measure performance and modify plans as needed.

Requirements :

Responsibilities :

  • Assist Sales Manager in planning, coordinating, fulfill and controlling all activities of the Sales field (Coal & Mineral / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Marine Cargo.
  • Communicate with new/existing customer in order to maintain good relationship and provide better services, and work to grow existing and new customers in order to meet the agreed target
  • Record, maintain and expand database of prospecting client related to sales activities through sales force system in order to achieve the agreed target.
  • Coordinate with sales team in preparing all tender documentations properly in order to ensure the completeness, validity of documentation and also on-time submission to client.
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure the preparation of the administrative requirements for projects.
  • Assist Sales Manager and Corporate legal in preparing the draft agreement and ensure in line with the agreed scope of work, terms and conditions, price, etc.
  • Based on the assignment, monitoring project progress and follow up customer inquiries to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and handle any complaint in proper manner, and perform continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with Operation Monitoring Officer and make IPI (Instruction Invoice Creation) after the survey report to be finalized and the invoice will issued by finance Department.

Requirements :

Technical Expert for Oil & Gas

Responsibilities :

  • Support Group Head of Operations in answering and/or advising any consideration of any technical problem of inspection within the scope of Inspection & Certification.
  • Support ongoing operations project and monitor the inspectors to ensure the job is done accordance with work instructions and established procedures.
  • Propose equipment that is suitable for Inspection & Certification operational inspeksi activities based on the requirement needed in order to support company operational, and monitor Inspection & Certification operational activities in terms of inspection and calibration, equipment procedure including deviation of quality system in order to keep it running properly.
  • Develop, motivate, and evaluate inspector technical team performance including identify training and development needed to improve operation technical team competency and capability.
  • Together with Human Capital and Operation Analyst, establishing the Technical Competency Standard within the scope of Inspection & Certification as guidance of Inspector's qualification determination dividing into certain level of competency.
  • Providing induction program of technical competency related to the scope of Inspection & Certification to new employee when needed, and/or technical competency equivalency program for employee who is promoted into the next competency level.
  • Together with Operations Strategy identify the technical and operational training needs from all Inspectors within the scope of Inspection & Certification, and propose the technical training and development program within the scope of Inspection & Certification in each year.
  • Support Sales and Marketing activities (included Branches) by communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategies to increase customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Together with QA/QC to determine and establish the standard as well as its implementation the IMS (integrated management system: consisting of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) and inspection system (ISO 17020).
  • Together with QA/QC and HSE, to determine and establish the product standard, services and safety standard in accordance with the standard requirements (regulations, IMS, ISO 17020 including membership requirements).

  • Advise, implement, participate in coalitions; act as liason to various groups / projects.

Requirements :

Responsibilities :

Compensation & Benefit

  • Responsible for implementing the company's compensation policy.
  • Supervise job analysis, job description and job evaluation.
  • Analyses compensation surveys and obtains all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
  • Prepare salary and benefit budget.
  • Identify current trends in compensation and benefit scheme.
  • Review and propose compensation and benefit scheme for all employees.
  • Conduct appropriate socialization on any compensation and benefit issues.

Safety Officer Representative

Responsibilities :

  • Planning, coordinating, directing, supervision and control all QHSE activities at branch.
  • Coordinate with the branch management team and evaluate the effectiveness of all elements of the QHSE program (such as: audit, planning, etc.)
  • Enforce compliance professionals in the field will be the implementation of QHSE.
  • Ensure all documents related to the QHSE, has complied the standards set.
  • Report all accidents and incidents related to the QHSE to the Head of Branch and QHSE Manager at headquarters, and facilitate the investigation of accidents and occurrences and events.
  • Formulate, coordinate and participate in the implementation of training programs QHSE, internal and external audit programs.
  • Provide input to the QHSE Manager and owner of the process within the framework of continuous improvement and development of QHSE Management System.

Responsibilities :

  • Compose working plan on the laboratory which aligned with department objective in order to support company operational.
  • Plan the procurement of equipment and chemicals for laboratory analysis activities based on the requirement needed in order to support company operational.
  • Monitor the implementation of the work program in the laboratory to ensure the activities is implemented n accordance with work programs and the agreed procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure all laboratory equipments are in good condition and well maintained so as it can provide precise and accurate analysis.
  • Monitor dateline of laboratory analysis report submission to ensure the report completed on time based on the agreed timeline.
  • Sign laboratory analysis report and give to certification function to be submitted to client.
  • Control analysis and calibration, equipment procedure including deviation of quality system in order to keep it running properly.
