PT Panca Amara Utama is setting up a world class 700,000 TPA AMMONIA production facility at Sulawesi Tengah. We are looking for hardworking, bright Managers and Engineers Who will take up the leadership roles during Plant Construction and thereafter during Operations.

Attractive salary, compensation and benefit packages will be offered to Employee posted at Project Site including allowances, roster leave, accommodation, transport, meals, medical and life insurance, and opportunities for offsite training.

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENT FOR ALL POSITIONS:

• MINIMUM GRADUATE S-1 FROM REPUTABLE UNIVERSITY IN RELEVANT DISCIPLINE.
• AT LEAST 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN OIL & GAS OR PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY, PREFERABLY AMMONIA PLANTS.
• ABILITY TO SPEAK AND WRITE WELL IN ENGLISH AND FAMILIARITY WITH MS OFFICE APPS.
• KNOWLEDGE OF HSE REQUIREMENTSAT PROJECT SITES WILL BEAN ADDEDADVANTAGE.
• ALL POSITIONS SHALL BE BASED AT PLANT SITE AT DESA USO, KEC.BATUL. KAB. BANGGAI, SULAWESI TENGAH.

MANAGER/SENIOR ENGINEER CIVIL (1 EACH GENERAL CIVIL & STRUCTURAL)

Having experience of:

• Civil Construction design analysis and check design results.
• Civil engineering design/calculation software (STAAD, AutoCAD).
• Execution/supervision of Earthwork, piling, road, underground/sub-sea piping, building, deep foundations, foundation for heavy equipment, vessels, structural steelworks for industrial buildings, pipe-racks.
• Quantity survey and certification of invoices by Contractors.

 

PROCESS MANAGER/SENIOR ENGINEER

Having experience of:

• Process engineering in Ammonia or Utility plant including Desalination, Sea-water cooling, Ammonia Storage.
• Process simulation packages as HYSIS, PRO/II, HTRI
• Engineering calculations of flow, capacities, line sizing, pressure drop, hydraulics of pipes, exchangers, catalysts, reactors, pumps, turbines and compressors
• Process specs for instrumentation and process control like pressure, temperature, flow, level, analyzer and control valves
• Review of PFDs, Heat and Mass Balance, P&IDs, HAZOP, QRA. Process equipment specifications

 

PROJECT PLANING & CONTROL MANAGER/SENIOR ENGINEER

Having experience of:

• Project schedule/cost control in EPC of mm. $100 Million.
• Developing WBS, project Master-schedule, project baseline and document control
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera
• Certification in Primavera/MS Project/PMP preferred

 

MANAGER/SENIOR ENGINEER MECHANICAL (1 EACH ROTATING AND STATIC)

Having experience of:

• Review of Inspection and Test Plans, method statements and specifications/codes related to piping, static and rotary equipment.
• Maintenance/Inspection of static and rotary equipment such as alignments, internals installations, mechanical test runs, performance verification & checking of characteristic curves
• Assessment of pressure vessel design and analysis including ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, piping flexibility analysis, fitness for service, heat exchanger design & analysis following international codes and standards
• Preventive, predictive maintenance, overhauling and trouble-shooting of centrifugal & reciprocating pumps, fans & blowers, steam turbines, centrifugal compressors and Gas Engines.
• Preparation and review of equipment commissioning, hydro test and standard maintenance procedures

 

ELECTRICAL MANAGER/SENIOR ENGINEER

Having experience of:

• Electrical calculation software (ETAP, PSA, ETC)
• Site Fabrication, estimation, installation and all electrical works for construction of large-scale oil/gas/fertilizer/petrochemical projects.
• Interpreting/approval electrical related construction drawings and construction supervision based on contract and standards or codes.
• Energy conservation measures

 

MANAGER/SENIOR ENGINEER PIPING

Having experience of:

• Piping design/calculation software (CAESAR, PDMS,AUTOCAD).
• Interpreting/approving construction drawings & construction supervision based on contract and standards or codes.
• Inspection of piping Fabrication & Erection, hydro testing of Piping loops.
• Checking or erection consistencies with respect to isometrics, P & IDs and general arrangement drawings
• Review of piping thermal stress analysis

 

SENIOR MANAGER/MANAGER INSTRUMENTATION

Having experience of:

• Instrumentation software (PDMS, INSTRUCALC)
• DCS/ PLC/ ESD, SCADA and F&G systems.
• Field Instrumentation including Gas & oil metering skids, Gas chromatographs and Analyzers.
• Proficient to read and interpret drawings (P&IDs, Layouts, Hook-ups, Isometrics, wiring drawings), vendor documentations, RFQs, material specification, Codes and Standards. Manage contractor preparation of detailed design drawings, material specifications and procurement, and/or construction bid packages.

 

SENIOR ENGINEER- INSPECTION

Having experience of:

• Working in pressure vessel/offshore fabrication shop / construction site of a petrochemical or a chemical plant
• ASNT/ISNT Level II/III certification in RT / UT. AWS welding inspector or CSWIP Certification preferred.
• Review of WPS, witness PQR and welder qualification tests.
• Interpretation of piping/tankages radiographs and international codes like ASME, ASTM, API.

 

CIVIL INSPECTOR

Having experience of:

• Construction design analysis and checking design results.
• Civil engineering design/calculation software (STAAD, AUTOCAD).
• Quantity Survey and Civil Quality test Procedures.

 

HSE OFFICER

Having experience of:

• Techniques and working methods as per Indonesian rules and regulation such as K3 and environment.
• Petrochemical / Chemical industry experience of at least 5 years.
• Has valid K3 certificate from Indonesian government.
