PT Panca Amara Utama is setting up a world class 700,000 TPA AMMONIA production facility at Sulawesi Tengah. We are looking for hardworking, bright Managers and Engineers Who will take up the leadership roles during Plant Construction and thereafter during Operations.

Attractive salary, compensation and benefit packages will be offered to Employee posted at Project Site including allowances, roster leave, accommodation, transport, meals, medical and life insurance, and opportunities for offsite training.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT FOR ALL POSITIONS:

• MINIMUM GRADUATE S-1 FROM REPUTABLE UNIVERSITY IN RELEVANT DISCIPLINE.
• AT LEAST 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN OIL & GAS OR PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY, PREFERABLY AMMONIA PLANTS.
• ABILITY TO SPEAK AND WRITE WELL IN ENGLISH AND FAMILIARITY WITH MS OFFICE APPS.
• KNOWLEDGE OF HSE REQUIREMENTSAT PROJECT SITES WILL BEAN ADDEDADVANTAGE.
• ALL POSITIONS SHALL BE BASED AT PLANT SITE AT DESA USO, KEC.BATUL. KAB. BANGGAI, SULAWESI TENGAH.

PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS MANAGER

Having experience of:

• Customs, Transportation, Procurement, Shipping and related laws in Indonesia
• Sourcing Domestic/Imported Spares and Consumables
• Developing operational procedures arid control systems
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with project technical team (Engineers preferred)

FINANCE & ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Having experience of:

• PSAK, IFRS and Tax laws in Indonesia
• ERP Implementation and operation
• Banking and Cash Management
• CA/CPA/MBA preferred

HRD MANAGER

Having experience of:

• UU No 13/2003, JAMSOSTEK and other labor laws and practices
• Recruitment, HR Procedures & Industrial relations
• Designing, Implementation & Administration of benefits / compensation programs
