PROJECT PLANNING CONTROL MANAGER

Full Description:

As Project Control Manager you are overall responsible for organising and directing the project team to complete the project. Your main tasks and accountabilities are:

• Shall keep management informed of the progress of the Work
• Shall prepare a CPM project schedule and monitor the schedule to identify the resources required to keep the project on schedule
• Shall analyze the schedule to identify potential areas of slippage and the required corrective action
• Shall be responsible for all planning and control for the full duration of the Work"

General Qualifications:

• Male, Age Max 45 Years
• S-1 Engineering ( Mechanical,Construction/Fabrication, Pipeline) from Refutable University
• Working Experience Minimum 5 Years in Oil and Gas, as Project Control Manager (Construction/Fabrication and Pipeline)

 

ENGINEERING MANAGER

Full Description:

As Engineering Manager you are overall responsible for organising and directing the project team to complete the project. Your main tasks and accountabilities are:

• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
• Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, Age Max. 45 Years
• S-1 Engineering ( Mechanical,Construction/Fabrication, Pipeline) from Refutable University
• Working Experience Minimum 5 Years in Oil and Gas, as Engineering Manager (Construction/Fabrication and Pipeline)

PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER / PLANNER

Full Description :

The major duties and responsibilities of project control engineer are controlling the progress of the project, ensuring resource availability and allocating the same, coordinating with various departments and external agencies, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Male, Age Max. 45 Years
• S-1 / DIII Engineering ( Mechanical,Construction/Fabrication, Pipeline) from Refutable University
• Working Experience Minimum 7 Years in Oil and Gas, as Project Control Engineer (Construction/Fabrication and Pipeline)
• at least have a certificate engineer

 

PROJECT ENGINEER / FIELD ENGINEER

Full Description :

• Prepares estimates of costs, materials, and time to complete for new projects (Pipeline/Piping/ Structure/ Civil).
• Performs field surveys, prepares bid packets, and bidder lists for engineering and Pipeline/Structure/Civil services needed to complete the project.
• Evaluates bid responses and recommends the selection of external contractors to complete the project.
• Coordinates the process for selection material and service vendors.
• Creates requisitions or purchase orders for materials and services to complete the project and monitors their timely delivery to the construction site.
• Develops drain down and refill procedures and communicates the procedure to affected parties.
• Monitors the costs and schedule of a construction project and takes corrective actions to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and under budget.
• Compiles information and prepares reports regarding the status of projects.
• Negotiates right-of-way claims with landowners to resolve right-of-way concerns associated with construction projects or erosion on the pipeline.
• Investigates new technology to assist in more efficient problem-solving solutions.
• Prepares estimates and authorizations for expenditure for capital and expense projects to define cost boundaries for budgeting and project funding.

SITE MANAGER

Full Description :

As Site Manager you are overall responsible for organising and directing the project team to complete the project. Your main tasks and accountabilities are:

• Managing a project from set-up to handover and evaluation
• Safeguarding project complementation on time, within budget and in accordance with contract specifications
• Setting up a project plan and establishing a project team
• Preparing and attending progress meetings with clients and/or representatives
• Approving subcontracts, purchases above a certain nominal value, payments to third parties
• Able to prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all partied involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget
• Promoting continuous improvement of project results together with safety & quality standards
• Compiling the projects' 'close-out report'

Qualification :

• Male, Age Max. 40 Years
• S-1 / DIII Engineering ( Mechanical/Construction/Fabrication/ Pipeline) from Refutable University
• Working Experience Minimum 5 - 7 Years in Oil and Gas, as Site Manager

 

QA/QC MANAGER

Full Description :

• Handling quality assurance/quality control activity (supervisory, paper work, document, inspector has authority liaison between customer service & production)
• Approve recommendation through trial of material, tools and equipment : construction, civil, electrical and Instrumental
• Provide sub cont/supplier approval which had direct effect to quality of product
• Reporting/recording trial/new development product
• Handling and reporting all complaint response to customer with related department
• Arrange needs of QA/QC resources (equipment, methods)
• Reporting quality problem to superior
• Monitoring GMP System
• Maintain & develop documentation systems are required for current & future accreditations
• Review for validation of product certification
• Monitoring and review inspection process for mobilization of equipment to the rig
• Monitoring and ensure quality plan procedure

Qualification :

• Male, Age Max. 40 Years
• S-1 Engineering ( Mechanical/Construction/Fabrication/ Pipeline) from Refutable University
• Working Experience Minimum 5 Years in Oil and Gas, as QA/QC

 

SUPERVISOR

• PIPELINE

• E & I

Full Description :

• Manage and instruct a team of workers and sub-contractors to perform on site installation / alignment processes.
• Monitoring and reporting of all daily manpower and resource scheduling and deployment to Assistant Supervisor or Foreman and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Monitor job progress and ensure quality work at targeted schedule.
• Assist in coordinating in the preparation and execution of project inspections for the proper handling over to clients.
• Liaise and coordinate with other departments on project issues.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant Engineering discipline.
• Must have experience in piping, pipeline, civil, E & I installation works and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Male, Age Max. 45 Years
• Min. D III Engineering ( E & I/ Civil/Construction/Fabrication/ Pipeline) from Refutable University
• Working Experience Minimum 8 Years in Oil and Gas, as Supervisor (Pipeline, Piping, Civil, E & I)
• Knowledge of P&ID, hook-up drawings, PLC-based control or DCS systems
• Good leadership and people skills

 

HSE COORDINATOR

Full Description :

• Reports to HSE Manager
• Oversee the implementation of HSE Management System and associated policies, procedures and/or programs.
• Provide regular HSE communications to Construction and Operations and Project Services Departments.
• Proactively identify potential HSE issues/trends, oversee the development of appropriate response plans.
• Provide coaching to develop and enhance HSE skills of project employees.
• Oversee the development of Job Safety Analysis, Site Specific Safety plans, Project Safety plans, Emergency Response plans, etc.
• Ensure HSE incident investigations, inspections and audits are adequately conducted.
• Provide interpretation of and advice on regulatory and internal HSE requirements, practices and procedures necessary to ensure compliance and to ensure due diligence.
• Provide safety reporting and safety statistics.
• Able to HSE plan, Hazid, Hazop, and Simop for project

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years experience as Health Safety Environment (HSE Coordinator) in Oil & Gas.
• Prefer graduate from Bachelor degree from K-3 public health / Engineering.
• Certified AK3-U or AK3 Migas is preferred.
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet.
• Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
• Has the ability to draft HSE strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation.
• Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or obliged.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
