Currently we are seeking qualified candidates for below positions :

 

DEVELOPMENT / EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST (GL)

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare routine internal and external reporting and study documentation for company, government and other stakeholders use.
  • Propose annual Work Plan and Budget Geological activities, estimated costs.
  • Conduct evaluation and validation of well data and other geological data to determine the reservoir characteristics and field potential
  • Control the quality of the open hole logging surveys to assure that the survey quality above company standard
  • Provide accurate and timely log interpretation of any well to obtain an appropriate reservoir appraisal finalize completion log and completion well report
  • Provide input for information testing program to optimize the results of the test.
  • Construct geological cross section and relevant maps to define the reservoir dimension and hydrocarbon distribution
  • Acquire a variety of methods is estimating the original oil/gas - in place to obtain a reliable quantifiable hydrocarbon reserves model.
  • Study the possibility of any additional hydrocarbon reserves, such as stratigraphic trapping etc, to maximize the field potential
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in geology or relevant earth
  • Min 6 years related experience in oil and gas exploration and production
  • Skills: Leadership, negotiation skills, communication and presentation skills, planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills

 

GEOPHYSICIST (GP)

Requirements and Responsibilities :

  • Participate hands-on in project activity to gain familiarity with geologic and geophysical objectives as well as risks for company.
  • Foster technical solutions, enhance project execution efficiency, ensure effective team participation.
  • Perform quality control, monitoring, and interpretation of geophysical data.
  • Update to Company on technical matters and help manage expectations.
  • Support Field Engineers in recommending ways to acquire the best dataset.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in geophysics or related geoscience discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years related experience in oil and gas exploration and production.
  • A fair knowledge of latest seismic technology.
  • Skills: Leadership, negotiation skills, communication and presentation skills, planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.


WIRELINE FIELD SPECIALIST (WFS)

Requirements and Responsibilities :

  • Under minimal supervision receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on well site activity
  • Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met
  • Performs assembly, checking, and loading necessary equipment required for scheduled TCP, PL, DSS and/or other "specialty" jobs; including operations and maintenance of equipment and facility
  • Works with drill crew on location to assemble and run the Tubing Conveying Perforating (TCP), Product Logging (PL) or Down hole Seismic (DSS) equipment
  • Provides record of such equipment and other assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the well site
  • Advises Customer Representative in spotting and actuating such equipment and may advise the Customer Representative in troubleshooting
  • Drives Company vehicles in a safe manner, observing all Company and government regulations and arrives at well site or other designated destination at scheduled time
  • Assists with the training of assigned personnel in such operations and maintenance
  • Maintains records and communications as required by District Manager
  • Two years Technical Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Case Hole, Open Hole and Perforating
  • Industry experience and product line training required

 

LEGAL COUNSEL (LC)

Requirements and Resposibilities :

  • Upstream legal work; including but not limited to negotiation and drafting of joint bidding agreements, area of mutual interest agreements, purchase and sale agreements, well participation agreements, farm-in agreements, and operating agreements
  • Review legal data and advice regarding appropriate legal action to be taken
  • Provide legal assistance and advice to management, including exploration and business development
  • Review and drafting of confidentiality agreements, offer letters, project term sheets, and legal due diligence related to acquisition
  • Legal support related to legal issues arising in connection with operations and production
  • Minimum 10 years legal experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, either in-house or with nationally recognized law firm specializing in upstream oil & gas
  • Hands on experience in structuring, negotiating, and drafting agreements
  • Sound business judgement and strategic thinking ability
  • Experience in Indonesia law is a plus

 

FINANCE ADMIN (FA) - entry level

Requirements and Resposibilities :

  • Prepare SSP Art. 21
  • Handling vendor payment and other expenses
  • Prepare written cheque for RFP transaction (payment to vendor, salary payment, and payment of tax and jamsostek) after being approved by finance controller
  • Collecting timesheets, expense claim,
  • Ensure proforma invoice that been prepared send to Clients on time
  • Receiving invoice and check documents completeness and record it in the logbook
  • Identified transaction in bank statement and reconcile with payment (RFP) and receipts (invoices)
  • Maintain petty cash given. Record and claim as per needed. Ensure receipts are complete.
  • Distribute Bukti Potong of Art. 23/26 to vendors.
  • Maintain Tax Filling (Art. 4(2), 21, 23/26, 25, VAT
  • Update bank statement on daily basis.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance area. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Strong documentation skills and detail oriented

 

NAVAL ARCHITECT (NA)

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor degree in Naval Architecture
  • Have at least 10 years' experience
  • Lead Naval Architect and Mooring design
  • Material Take Off (MTO) Calculation
  • Weight Control of Hull Structure
  • Stability, longitudinal strength and motions analysis
  • Global weight control report

 

NAVAL ARCHITECT (for LIVING QUARTERS) (NALQ)

Requirement & Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor degree in Naval Architecture
  • Have at least 10 years' experience
  • Prepare Living Quarters and Electrical Building Design
  • Prepare Architectural Specification for Offshore building
  • Prepare Material Take Off and Weight Calculation
  • Drawing Review
  • Prepare Architectural MTO
  • Prepare Room Function Specification

 

PRODUCTION/OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT/MANAGER (POSM)

Requirements & Responsibilities :

  • Carry out field development project, operation, production and maintenance activities of the field operations area
  • Control annual budget of field operations, approve budget expenditures and monitor its implementation.
  • Provide and maintain reliability of equipment and infrastructures of the oil field.
  • Understand the field production in the area of Jambi Provinces specifically and all area of Indonesia in General.
  • Establish good relationships with the local government, local communities and mass media
  • 15 years experiences in field development, especially on onshore oil and gas fields.
  • Petroleum Engineering degree will be preferred.
  • Showing strong leadership and managerial skills

 

QHSE MANAGER (QHSEM)

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements QHSE managements systems, processes, and procedures that improve business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
  • Communicates information on the QHSE Management System throughout the organization and promotes HSE awareness.
  • Supports the organization on QHSE matters as the primary point of contact.
  • Provides quality management, HSE, and project management training to employees.
  • Participates in tender and project teams as the QHSE Expert.
  • Reviews and assesses requests for pre-qualification or tender, and compiles required documentation in preparation for project deliverables.
  • Participates in project teams as the QHSE expert.
  • Prepares and maintains required HSE records and reports.
  • Develops and facilitates project HSE risk assessments (e.g. HAZID, ENVID, safety cases).
  • Coordinates and executes HSE inspections, and internal, sub-contractor, and third party audits.
  • Conducts investigations and analyses of, and reports findings to management on:
    • Non-conformity reports and root cause analysis
    • Client Satisfaction Program data
    • Incidents, near misses, and damages
    • Customer complaints
    • Key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Develops and monitors HSE performance, progress, preventive and corrective action plans.
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in QHSE, Science or Engineering
  • 5 years minimum relevant working experience in in drilling operations, quality, safety, environmental engineering, HSE management systems, project management in a highly regulated industry
  • Implementation of an SHE Management System that is based on industry models (E&P Forum, API 75 or similar recognized guidelines)
  • 3 years in the oil & gas, offshore, marine/shipping industry
  • Audit training (IRCA/IATCA approved)
  • Safety training qualification

 

COMMISSIONING TECHNICIAN (CT)

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the site safety rules and with all safety aspect in the execution of work
  • Reporting to a Commissioning Lead, the Commissioning Technician will be responsible for undertaking Pre-operational Testing and Commissioning activities on Site. Communicate design discrepancies and issues to the commissioning operations manager and the site project manager.
  • Use of calibration and testing instruments to inspect, test and perform troubleshooting and diagnose faults.
  • Ensure that all instrument assets in the area are main rained in safe- efficient and cost effective manner, according to agreed procedures and practices.
  • Undertaking Commissioning activities
  • Analyze instrument error codes and other discrepancy reading
  • Assist operation during start-up
  • 5+ years of experience in commissioning as technician, open for any discipline
