PT. PLUMPANG RAYA ANUGRAH (PRA GROUP)

PT. Plumpang Raya Anugrah (PRA Group), an expanded and a rapid growth Indonesian drilling, work over, and IPM Services Company, that is currently working for several drilling, work over and IPM projects in Indonesia and overseas, is now looking for some several high calibre and strong motivated candidates as follows:

 

RIG SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements:

• Minimum graduated from Diploma (D3) engineering/vocational school of engineering (STM).
• Minimum 15 years experiences working as Rig Superintendent in Drilling Services or Drilling Company.
• Have knowledge about the SOP, JSA, LOTO, HES and Emergency Response, technical knowledge of the work over operations and work equipment.
• Can operate PC well. Familiar with Excel, MS Word and Power Point.
• Responsible and Accountable for all aspects of work over operations and HES.
• Must have a Certificate in Oil and Gas Drilling Control Expert III (AP III) applies.
• Must complete Well CAP IADC or IWCF certification within 12 months of starting.
• Has the experience and qualified knowledge about Rig and its parts.
• Has a good leadership, can work in a team and coordinate the team in any condition in the rig site.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Hard working, honest, self-motivated, loyal, problem solver, cost conscious.
• Willing to work all around Indonesia and overseas.
• Familiar with Rig 750 HP, 1000 HP, 1500 HP, 2000 HP.

 

TOOL PUSHER

Requirements:

• Minimum graduated from Diploma (D3) engineering/vocational school of engineering (STM).
• Must have a minimum SHS at least five (5) years experience as Tool Pusher, having knowledge of the SOP, JSA, LOTO, HES and Emergency Response, technical knowledge of the work over operations and work equipment.
• Must have a Certificate in Oil and Gas Drilling Control Expert III (AP III) which is still valid. Certificate IADC Well CAP, equip Well CAP IADC or IWCF certification within 12 months, since starting.
• Fluent in English both oral and written, PC literate with good. Familiar with Excel, MS Word and Power Point.
• Responsible and Accountable for all aspects of work over operations and HES.
• Has a good leadership, can work in a team and coordinate the team in any condition in the rig site.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Hard working, honest, self-motivated, loyal, problem solver, cost conscious.
• Willing to work all around Indonesia and overseas.

 

CHIEF ELECTRICIAN

Requirements:

• Minimum graduated from Diploma (D3) electrical engineer/vocational school of engineering (STM).
• Has at least five (5) years experience of repairing Rig electrical and electronic components and familiar with all the equipment located at the rig and all aspects of HES.
• Able to maintain and troubleshoot Rig SCR system.
• Fluent in English both oral and written, PC literate with good. Familiar with Excel, MS Word and Power Point.
• Has a good leadership, can work in a team and coordinate the team in any condition in the rig site.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Hard working, honest, self-motivated, loyal, problem solver, cost conscious.
• Willing to work all around Indonesia and overseas.

 

CHIEF MECHANIC

Requirements:

• Minimum graduated from Diploma (D3) mechanical engineer/vocational school of engineering (STM).
• Has at least five (5) years experience of repairing rig mechanical components and familiar with all the equipment located in the Rig.
• Has a valid driver's license at least B1.
• Fluent in English both oral and written, PC literate with good. Familiar with Excel, MS Word and Power Point.
• Has a good leadership, can work in a team and coordinate the team in any condition in the rig site.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Hard working, honest, self-motivated, loyal, problem solver, cost conscious.
• Willing to work all around Indonesia and overseas.

 

DRILLER

Requirements:

• Minimum graduated from Diploma (D3) petroleum engineer.
• Must have minimum 5 years experience in drilling operations or at least 3 years as an Assistant Driller using similar equipment.
• Must have completed the Company's certification requirements. (STOP for Supervisors, SIPP, H2S, Safety leadership, Offshore survival (HUET) course, Firefighting, and First Aid).
• Proficient in using Top Drive systems.
• Proficient in nipple up 10K BOP's Drawworks.
• Must hold current certification in Well Control (IWCF or IADC Supervisor level).
• Good English language skills (speaking, writing and reading).
• Hard working, honest, self-motivated, loyal, problem solver, cost conscious.
• Willing to work all around Indonesia and overseas.

 

HSE OFFICER

Requirements:

• Minimum graduated from Diploma (D3) in related field K3LL (Environmental Engineering, Public Health, etc.) of the reputable university with min. GPA 2.75.
• Must have minimum two (2) years experience in drilling and work over Services Company.
• Fluent in English both oral and written, PC literate with good. Familiar with Excel, MS Word and Power Point.
• Has the K3 certificate in oil and gas sector/industry.
• Able to conduct the inspection of work equipment, manpower, occupational health and environmental.
• Able to create the reports and statistical data analysis of HSE Reviewing Risk assessment, JSA and SOP/SWP.
• Familiar in handling basic safety induction and safety training for the employees.
• Hard working, honest, self-motivated, loyal, problem solver, cost conscious.
• Willing to work all around Indonesia and overseas.

 

WAREHOUSE MAN

Requirements:

• Minimum graduated from a four-year degree preferably Computer Science or any business-related course or 3 years technical/vocational course with equivalent related experiences
• Must have a minimum of 5 (five) years relevant experience in warehousing, materials handling, and inventory control in drilling and work over Services Company.
• Computer literate, familiar with Windows based-applications and with knowledge of SAP or any logistics related software.
• Good English language skills (speaking, writing and reading).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Hard working, honest, self-motivated, loyal, problem solver, cost conscious.
• Willing to work all around Indonesia and overseas.
