Operation & Maintenance
Responsibilities
- The job incumbent will be responsible for :
- Record the gas consumption data and create reports
- Operate and control the meter station at the Offtake
- Make a daily report, weekly and monthly as well as documentation of all events in Offtake Station
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position from oil & gas company will be advantage/ fresh graduate are welcome
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.

Accounting & Finance Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Making Accounting Journal
- Preparing and making Accounting and Financial Report
- Making Bank Reconciliation every month
- Preparing Monthly Tax Payment
- Understanding about cost budgeting
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting/ Finance/ from reputable University.
- 3 years experience in the related area from oil & gas company/ Kantor Akuntan Publik
- Having Brevet A & B
- Familiar with accounting software (MYOB would be advantage)
- Good attitude, honest, accurate and loyal.
- Self motivated person & good team player
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Computer literacy (MS Office Program : Word, Excel)
Marketing Staff
Responsibilities
- A strong knowledge of marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Experience in making marketing plans and projects
- Active role to search new clients and expansion of customer database
- Able to maintain existing clients through providing market updates, others
Requirements
- Male, max 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- A team player who is also able to work independently, good interpersonal skill
- Willing to work underpressure

Procurement Staff
Responsibilities
The job incumbent will be responsible for these several activities :
- Good knowledge about subcontract process (able to prepare and distribute subcontract inquiry)
- To conduct pre bid meeting/ Aanwijzing
- To conduct site survey, shop survey
- To conduct open bid and final bid evaluation
- Understand about bidder (receive and distribute bidder offering, issue queries)
- To conduct meeting ( negotiation and clarification meeting, make minutes of meeting)
- To prepare and issue Letter of Intent/SPK
- Vendor evaluation
Requirements
- Male, max 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. From Oil & Gas Company will be advantage
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Process Engineer
Responsibilities
The job incumbent will be responsible to provide/develop WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), project schedule & control, cost control, mitigation plan for Oil & Gas Project.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably from Oil & Gas Industries/ Reputable EPC Company
- Good Computer Skill : Primavera or Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office and Desktop Publishing Package
- Fluently in English
- Willing to travel and be placed outside the area
Senior Tax
Responsibilities
- The incumbent will be responsible to handle accounting process, financial report, tax calculation and tax report (monthly and annual SPT).
Requirements
- Male, maximum 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent
- Computer Literate
- Having Brevet A & B is an adventage
- Good knowledge about Tax Regulation in Indonesia, Indonesia Financial Reporting and General Reporting Matters
