Senior Instrument Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide Instrument safety analysis using properly software or manual calculation to supporting project which is on going
• Ensure that Instrument safety design standard for the proposed concept is in accordance with the Basis of Design and all relevant codes and specifications
• Provide review of check print the revised and updated or new deliverables from engineers to be reviewed and updated in order to meet customer requirements and company standard

Requirements

• Having Bachelor degree in physic Engineering Discipline from Reputable University
• Minimal 5 years experiences in  project, Engineering and Design, Construction of Process Control and Instrument for Oil and Gas
• Required skill (s): Project Development, Production Enhancement in Construction, Engineering and Proposal, Control and Instrument System

General Requirement:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel
• Personal motivation and self-learning ability
• Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment, while handling a large amount of detail as expected in large Projects with aggressive schedules

Instrument Designer

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Instrument design for the proposed concept is in accordance with the Basis of Design and all relevant codes and specifications up the project
• Ensuring about technical skills encompass;
  • Instrument Control System Architecture Diagram
  • Instrument block diagram for PCS, ESS, Fire and Gas
  • Instrument Junction Box Wiring Diagram for PCS, ESS, Fire and Gas
  • Instrument Loop Diagram for PCS, ESS, Fire and Gas
  • Instrument Hook Up Drawing

Requirements

• Having diploma degree in Instrument Engineering discipline
• Minimal 5 years experiences in oil and gas engineering with the related position
• Shall possess experience in handling AutoCAD
• Strong technical/engineering skills with a through knowledge of applicable codes and standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities.
• Operational experience is preferred in order to feed field experience back into the project.

Responsibilities

• Provide process analysis using properly software or manual calculation to supporting project which is on going
• Prepare all document/ data related to variation order work, if found any additional work/out of project  scope contract
• Prepare technical query to company if found any discrepancy of specification and design required
• Ensure that process design for the proposed concept is in accordance with the Basis of Design and all relevant codes and specifications

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply, has minimum 2 years experience in the same position in oil & gas industry will be an advantage
• Able to operate engineering software for the discipline (HYSYS)

Senior - Lead Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide process analysis and process sizing calculation using proper software or manual calculation to support project
• Prepare technical query to company if found any discrepancy of specification and design required
• Review the technical documents from engineers to be reviewed and updated in order to meet customer requirements and company standard

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
• At least 15 years of process design and implementation experience of which a minimum of 10 years in oil and gas facilities experience
• Experience that encompasses both operations and projects.  Specific participation in a similar role for at least one major oil and gas project
• Project experience in an interface in an international setting.  Operational experience is preferred in order to feed field experience back into the project
• Experience in organizing and supervising process/facilities engineering and operation teams in design, installation and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Structural design for the proposed concept is in accordance with the Basis of Design and all relevant codes, standards and specifications
• Ensure capability in technical skills for Structural Design encompaning : Creating MTO (Substructure, Topside, Jacket Anode), Jacket - Riser Arrangement Clamp & Details, Jacket - J-Tube Arrangement & Details, Jacket Layout on Transportation Barge, Jacket Installation Schematics, Jacket Installation Schematics for Piles and Conductors, Jacket Layout on Transportation Barge

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in Ocean Engineering
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply, has minimum 2 years experience in the same position in oil & gas industry will be an advantage
• Able to operate engineering software for the discipline (SACS)

• Ensure that civil design for the proposed concept is in accordance with the Basis of Design and all relevant codes, standards and specifications

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in Civil Engineering

• Ensuring about technical skills encompass civil drawings; foundation and structure plans and sections, foundation and structure drawing, pilling layout & pile head treatment

Requirements

• Minimum Senior High School
• Able to operate AutoCad

HR Staff

Responsibilities

• To assist Corporate Manager for training and development process and procedures;
  • Ensure performance management by implementing performance appraisal and orientation period
  • To update the training matrix, training skill matrix, training record
  • To contact provider of training (trainer) for process of training schedule and payment
  • To make and type the schedule of training program of Company
  • To ensure the training was effective with conduct the training evaluations for each training

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from Psychology/ Management/ Law major with minimum 1 years experience in HR area.
• Maximum age 27 years old
• Must possess general understanding, knowledge and experience in HR field such as recruitment; training; compensation, organizational development and personnel data management.
• Strong knowledge and experience in industrial relation matter as well the application of Manpower Regulation is more preferable.
• A team worker and possess strong analytical mind

• AP & AR Processing/Records
  • Register invoices from vendor
  • Compile, verify and check all supporting documents completeness and correctness to process AP and AR for Finance
  • Matching invoice transaction related to Purchase Order
  • Ensure AP and AR process done properly and in timely manner.
  • Record new advance to supplier
  • Record new prepaid expenses payment
• Journalized
  • Journal transactions to related to Purchase Order
  • Journal transactions related to Purchase Order that need split cost
  • Journal account receivable
  • Journal voucher memorial for advance to supplier, expenses, deferred charges
  • Maintain GL and process monthly/yearly closing bookkeeping 

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at Bachelor Accountancy from reputable University

• Experience on accounting and tax would be an advantage
• Minimum training required : Tax Brevet A & B
• Must possess analytical skills
