General Affairs Staff
Responsibilities
- Process of legal document of company to goverment’s document and other associate’s document every year
- Order other office requirements (office stationary and office amenities) from the supplier
- Stock opname
- Inventory management (maintenance, develop asset management)
Requirements
- Graduate D3 from any discipline from reputable university
- Minimum experience 1-2 years in same position
- Must possess general understanding, knowledge and experience in General Affairs field such as Stock Opname, Building Maintenance, Operational, etc.
- Have a good personality, strong in Leadership skill, and team worker
General Requirement:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel
- Personal motivation and self-learning ability
- Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment, while handling a large amount of detail as expected in large projects with aggressive schedules
- Able to work on own initiative and within a team
Office Boy
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the car
- Keep the vehicle clean everyday
- Drop and pick thing or superiors
Requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK
- Experience 1 year on office boy would be an advantage
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
- Domicile Balikpapan is preferable
General Requirement:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language

- Personal motivation and self-learning ability
- Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment, while handling a large amount of detail as expected in large projects with aggressive schedules

Driver
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the car
