- Good skills in graphic design.

Corporate Finance Director
Responsibilities
- Coordinate company's plan for merger, acquisition, divestment, or restructuring.
- Conduct valuation and due diligence of various target companies.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and review various draft agreements.
- Establish relationship with investors and analysts.
- Coordinate financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Oversee SAP & IT functions.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 graduate in finance or accounting from reputable university, preferably with MBA and substantial overseas exposure.
- Holder of CFA / CPA certificate plus audit/advisory experience in big four public accounting firm is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including senior-management responsibility in publicly listed company.
- Previous exposure in project finance, project acquisition, corporate finance, and/or commercial negotiations, are expected.
