Currently our client a multinational EPC company in Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia requires positions as below:

Project HSE Manager (Indonesian National)

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree - 10/15 years of experience in the HSE field (offshore mainly with international EPCI Contractor) with the last 3/5 years in coord/mgnt role - ability and proven experience of leading a multicultural team in more than one fabrication sit - extensive knowledge of EPCI project principle and HSE activities (HSE plan, risk management process, auditing, reporting and incident investigation)

Additional qualification:
NEBOSH IGC in Health and Safety - Lead Auditor according to OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 - incident investigation techniques (TapRoot)

Responsibilities:

• Project HSE Manager for an EPCI project (new built floating production unit) - support the project director in all project HSE activities (engineering and procurement, construction, offshore installation and commissioning) - lead the multicultural HSE engineers assigned to the project - identify the project HSE requirements, by reviewing the applicable local and international legislation, contractual and company requirements - coordinate all the HSE in design activities (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL), as well as planning and conducting HSE design review - coordinate the development of the HSE manuals for construction and pre-commissioning by liaising with subcontractors and vendors - coordinate the development of the HSE manuals for offshore installation and commissioning - run project risk management activity, such as HAZID, Risk Assessment, pre start up HSE review, etc. - establish a regular HSE reporting system at project level, including investigation process if needed - establish an HSE audit plan and perform audits - act as focal point for any HSE issue at project level.

Qualifications number 2 - 5:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering/science with at least 15 years’ experience for Manager Position and 10 years’ experience for senior position. Have experience in offshore of oil and gas project
