Sales Manager

Jakarta Raya

Summary of essential job functions and responsibilities:

• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, identifying, determining improvements and implementing changes
• Identifies market opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitors share, and competitors strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
• Able to create initiative to open market and opportunity to sales
• Preparation of offers including contract negotiation with clients
• Achieving customers and company deadlines

General Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience at the same field and companys business line
• Must possess at least Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Mechanical Engineering or Electrical from Reputable University with minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scales)
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project is an advantage
• Fluent in English, both oral and written

Specific Requirements:

• Managing sales activities according to the procedures and customer requirements for the best interest of Company
• Able to work independently
• Willing to travel within Indonesia on a short noticed
• Familiar with regulation
• Having experiences with hydro power plants is an advantage
