SALES MANAGER (code: SM)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 mechanical/electrical
• Must have experience min. 5 years
• Ability knowledges the generator set and the accessories system
• Experience in power or energy market with customer relationship in oil & gas industry
• Good communication skills in english
• Shall have good cooperation with project team

Responsibilities:

• Has managed the whole process from qualification of opportunity to closing
• Maintaining order processing from contract to site acceptance test
• Maintaining good relationships with all customers
• Reporting all sales activities to superior

 

PROJECT MANAGER (code: PM)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 mechanical/electrical engineering
• Must have experience min. 5 years
• Human relation, project management, leadreship and interpersonal skill
• Understanding prosedur project from kick off meeting to site acceptance test
• Good communication, fluent in English (writing and speaking)
• Hard worker and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• To plan, organize, control, integrate and manage project
• Responsible to meet the project specification compliance, project schedule and project cost
• Responsible of the engineering & client input document issuing and transmittal traceability
• Check all quantities, datasheeets and specifications of materials

 

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (code: ME)

Requirements:

• Candidates must be process at least a Bachelor's Degree mechanical/engineering
• Must have experience min. 2 years
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
• Understanding of generator set concept design
• Able to produce mechanical calculation and PNID related with generator set design
• Knowlegdes in Fabrication is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Attend all technical meeting related during project execution
• Produce all mechanical document related during project execution
• Controlling actual fabrication refer to mechanical document and project specification
• Controlling received material from vendor refer to approved materials specification
• Able to team work and under pressure.

 

PROCUREMENT (code: PR)

Requirements:

• Candidates must be process at least a Bachelor's Degree Mechanical/Electrical
• Must have experience min. 2 years
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Familiar with electrical and mechanical equipments
• Having good relation with vendor

Responsibilities:

• Getting materials and services for the best price, value, payment terms and delivery time
• Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers
• Dealing with international suppliers

PROJECT EXPEDITOR (code: PE)

Requirements:

• Candidates must be process at least a Bachelor's Degree Mechanical/Electrical
• Must have experience min. 2 years
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Good communication and coordination skill with internal and external
• High Initiative
• Able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Working with suplliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively
• Keep to maintaining all of purchased material to meet the delivery time
• Keep to update Procurement Monitoring System Document
• Keep to update as document control for project team and finance
