Financial Accountant

(Indonesian National)

Qualification

• Qualified Accountant (CPA, CA)
• Previous 5 years experience in the preparation of consolidated Statutory Accounts and Tax Returns
• Leads the financial team in the delivery of high quality financial services to the business and its stakeholders
• Prepares financial and management reports for the business in order to maintain key financial data
• Understanding of Accounting in Corporate Environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with management & peers
• Logistics Understanding, Process Improvement, Costing Functions
• Effective use of Microsoft Office, Accounting & Business Software
• Effective organisation & time management
• Demonstrated ability or previous experience in leading a team

HR / WHS Co-ordinator

(Indonesian National)

Qualification

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in HR/WHS, and a minimum of 1 years experience in payroll
• Provide Human resource and Work, Health & Safety (WHS) management advice and service to managers and employees of Crane Energy Flow Solutions so as to maintain and efficiently utilize the company's human resources
• Help develop, drive and implement Corporate, Division and local HR and WHS initiatives in Indonesia
• Experience using the following Software; MYOB, PeopleSoft, eRooms
• Experience in time and attendance systems
