Subsurface Development Department
Senior Reservoir Engineer
(Indonesian National)
Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing, monitoring and controlling all safety related matter within the FLNG operation
- Manage the setting up of company Safety & Security Policies and Strategies compatible to local and international standards and practices
- In coordination with other subsurface professionals, support the formulation of reservoir surveillance and monitoring plans to enhance the reservoir characterization and the quality of reservoir models.
- Work with other professionals from the Geology and Petroleum Engineering teams in recommending placement of wells and other production enhancement activities
Qualification
- Academic degree in science and/or engineering related to subsurface data studies and management.
- A minimum of 7 years with at least 4 years in the Oil and Gas industry - in the areas of subsurface data studies and management.
- Well testing design & well test analysis, PVT analysis, Nodal analysis, Reservoir simulation, Reserves calculation, Software: Kappa (Saphir), Pansystem, Prosper, MBAL
Senior Petroleum Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Provide high level expertise to support Manager of Petroleum Engineering in all processes and activities related to (i) the well development activities - planning, well completion design, execution, clean-up, and well testing (ii) well and reservoir surveillance and management (iii) well handover to operations and (iv) ensuring well integrity for Asset project
- Support the drilling department with high level petroleum engineering expertise in defining well completion requirements including subsurface data gathering.
- Provide expertise support in solving interface issues with drilling /SURF/facilities for basis of design determination.
Qualification
- Academic degree in science and/or engineering related to subsurface data processing and management.
- A minimum of 7 years with at least 4 years in the Oil and Gas industry - in the areas of subsurface data acquisition, processing and management.

Asset Support Department
Senior Asset Geophysicist

Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced geophysical expertise in the generation of recommendations for non-operating oil & gas exploration and development project;
- Participate technical workshop and TCM of non-operating oil & gas exploration and development project;
- Support geophysics activities such as seismic acquisition, processing and interpretation for operating oil & gas exploration project;
- Lead geophysical work for regional exploration study to acquire new exploration blocks and/or new ventures.
Qualification:
- A minimum of Bachelor degree in Earth Sciences, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry;
- 8 - 15 years in the Oil and Gas industry- in the areas of exploration;

Full Field Development Department
Geotechnical Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all Survey Contractors to ensure the survey work are performed in accordance with the Scope of Work, meets the quality standards, and is within the budget and schedule.
- Responsible for development of Scope of Work / ITT for swathe bathymetry, geophysical, geotech, geohazard and AUV surveys.
- Sets and maintains high personal standards for HSE, QA and ethical behaviors as an example to the Survey Party.
- Maintaining highest standard of safety, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and observance of safe working practice at all times, on the survey vessel;
- Liaises with other Full Field Development Team members in maturing Concept Select Studies.
- Perform presentations to Executive Committee, stakeholders
Qualification:
- Academic degree in Surveying Sciences, Hydrography or other relevant, from a reputable university.
- Minimum 20 years experience as a Surveyor/Geotechnical Specialist that includes experience in offshore swathe bathymetry, geophysical, and geohazard surveys in the oil and gas industry, of which at least 12 years as a Offshore Surveyor with an international oceanographic /geophysical survey company.
- Excellent communication skills able to work harmoniously in a diverse multicultural work environment, and provide leadership in mentoring Indonesian Nationals throughout the FFD Team
FLNG Process Engineer
(Indonesian National)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all Survey Contractors to ensure the survey work are performed in accordance with the Scope of Work, meets the quality standards, and is within the budget and schedule.
- Provide Process Engineering expertise support within the Full Field Development Team to enable Concept Select Screening works associated with evaluation of FLNG options.
- Contribute expertise in considerations related to mechanical, electrical, fabrication, installation, operations and maintenance.
- Review design work to ensure it meets industry standards and regulations (including Indonesian Regulations), and is consistent with the project objectives of safety, operability, reliability, cost effectiveness.
Qualification:
- University Degree in Process Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in LNG process engineering specifically in Front End Concept Select Design & Engineering / Detailed Design, Preferably including FLNG, upstream facility, and/or gas treatment experience.
Project Service Department
Contract Senior Staff
(Indonesian National)
Responsibilities:
- Develop Procurement Plans, tender and contract documents for the more major contracts; contribute to the contracting strategies.
- Lead and efficiently implement the tender process for the more major contracts.
- Ensure compliance with the Contracts Standards and Procedures.
- Interface with BPMIGAS to ensure timely implementation and approval of Procurement Plans, tender strategies and general compliance with the prevailing Regulations.
- Lead / participate in negotiations with Bidders.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in technical or business discipline.
- 10-15 experience, solid experience in EPC stage

Drilling Department
Night Drilling Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Drilling Operations Manager in undertaking the Risk Management studies and its implementation to ensure that all offshore drilling operations are properly risk assessed before implementation.
- Support the Drilling Management Team in controlling PTW (Permit to Work) and SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) activities.
- Support the Drilling Operations Manager in ensuring that all drilling activities adhere to well programs and instructions - and ensuring that any changes in the drilling operations be communicated with the Drilling Operations Manager for approval.
- Support the Drilling Operations Manager in managing and directing all well site activities through (i) supervision of critical operation activities (ii) management of service company performance (iii) ensuring that all planned operations are risk assessed (iv) Managing interfaces of Rig Contractors and Aviation/Supply Chain Contractors. (v) Proper follow ups and close out of all NPT or failures related to all rig operations.
Qualification:
- Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other Engineering Sciences.
- A minimum of 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry with a minimum of 7 years in the Drilling Engineering and/or Operations.
Pre-Operations Department
Senior Training Planner (Recruitment & Training Planner)

Senior Operations Planner Logistic & Maintenance

Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise as Operations Input in term of Logistic Operation during FLNG FEED stage and LSB BOD requirement, and conduct Preparation for Logistic and Supply Chain Operations Readiness activities.
- Conduct Logistic operation input to FLNG FEED and LSB BOD based on operational requirements described in technical notes and others. Maintain the technical notes.
- Conduct Preparation for Logistic and Supply Chain Operations Readiness activities
- d. Assist with the Logistics, Infrastructure and Resources Assessment (LIRA),
- Compilation and completion of logistical studies as required, such as warehousing and inventory control, as per AFE 13-0013
- Assist in establishing Baseline conditions for Logistics and provide logistic operations advice to Logistics Base Project Manager and or Sr. Logistics Lead as required.
- Support Logistics Operational Readiness through Sr Logistics Engineer
Qualification:
- Have experience in Operations Readiness/Pre-Operation within Oil & Gas industry
