Currently our client a multinational operator company in Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia requires several positions for their FLNG project as below:
Technical Integration Department
Senior Production Engineer
(Indonesian National)
Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor the agreed integration plan and schedule and ensure all parties in every projects comply to the previous agreed plan; make changes as necessary through coordination and communication with all project heads.
- Develop a conceptual Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) system model, which consists of components, manufacturing & operating processes, and performance requirements.
- Provide a basis for continuous review and improvement to the operational monitoring program by Identifying and reviewing potential failure mechanism and to make design change to remove them.
- Develop the proactive maintenance work routines (predictive, preventive, run-to-failure, etc.) and operator surveillance duties to effectively mitigate the potential for unacceptable failure.
Qualification:
- Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Science.
- 3 - 5 years in risk management field with exposure to hydrocarbon and/or oil & gas industry, especially RAM Specialist.
Technical Integrity Engineer
(Indonesian National)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical integrity related design input to FLNG, Subsea and Logistic Base Engineering.
- Support Asset Operation Integrity Management System development and implementation.
- Review and comment on SURF/FLNG/LSB FEED deliverables.
- Support technical integrity process and procedures to be implemented during the Execute/EPCI phase of the project.
- Support to manage and coordinate the review and approval of Technical Deviations to Company Standard and Specifications.
Qualification:
- Bachelor in Engineering, preferable from Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years' experience in the hydrocarbon industry with mechanical or material engineering experience
