ONSHORE FABRICATION SUPERINTENDENT

Role :

• Reviews the technical aspects of the the fabrication procedures and methods to assure that they are comply.
• Responsible for the development of fabrication engineering docs.
• Ensure the quality of material and HSE as requested Standard.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering with at least fifteen (15) years' experience of facilities/project engineering experience including at least 10 (ten) years as a project lead with similar scope EPCI both onshore/offshore of oil and gas project and attained experience in managing full cycle of EPCI work.

 

ONSHORE CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Roles & Responsibility:

• Responsible for progress of project construction such as earth works, hauling road route, piling either with crane or Jack Up Barge, piling caps, upper structure installation of trestle, jetty, dolphin, conveyor, radius stacker, port office, clinic, STP, WTP, water deep, camp and other project facilities.
• Responsible for schedule of heavy equipments usage on piling, concreting, temporary jetty, temporary lay-down area, barge and cranes handling, pre-cast fabrication, delivery, and erection.

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering
• Minimum experience 15 years, 7 years as superintendent in oil and gas industry

 

PROJECT LEAD

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering with at least fifteen (15) years' experience of facilities/project engineering experience including at least 10 (ten) years as a project lead with similar scope EPCI both onshore/offshore of oil and gas project and attained experience in managing full cycle of EPCI work.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and superior planning and organizational skills.

 

QA QC ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Draw up a Project Quality Plan and Project Quality Procedures which guarantee compliance with contractual requirements and ISO Standards;
• To ensure the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Project Quality management System in accordance with International Standards, Legislation, Corporate and Client's requirements;
• To establish and implement the Project internal and external Quality audit programmes;
• To be responsible for an effective handling of customer complaints and internal abnormalities and submit all relevant information on preventive and corrective actions;
• To execute the internal Project Quality Audits Plan and coordinate the external Project Audits.

Requirement :

• Min S-1 Engineering degree with total experience in Oil & Gas min 8 years experience as QA QC

 

DOCUMENT CONTROL

Requirement :

• Min -D-3 degree with total experience in Oil & Gas min 3 years experience as Document Control/Admin.

 

CONTRACT ADMIN

Requirement :

• Min -D-3 degree with total experience in Oil & Gas min 3 years experience as Contract Admin.

 

DESIGNER

Requirement :

• Min D-3 degree with total experience in Oil & Gas min 5 years experience as Designer.
