Currently our client a multinational Operator company in Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia requires positions as below:

1. Offshore Installation Manager (Indonesian National)

Key Requirements:

• Ability to comprehend contracts and their requirements
• Has a thorough knowledge of PTW system and risk assessment procedures
• Good understanding of Class and Marine Department Requirements
• Understanding of relevant requirements of Local Offshore Health & Safety and Environmental legislation, office guidance and industry guidance, including legislation governing Waste Management and Pollution Prevention
• Have a thorough understanding and knowledge on the implementation of Management System i:e. compliance with legislation, company policies, standards and procedures, monitoring compliance by all the personal
• Be able to optimize production, taking into account maintenance requirements and other constraints, so as to achieve production target
• Knowledge of the Computerize Planned Maintenance, maintenance and inspection systems, Safety Critical Elements (SCE s)
• Knowledge of the FPSO Emergency Response Organization and Plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in a relevant Engineering/Science
• Minimum 10 years of offshore experience, including at least 5 years in supervisory/management position
• Technical Training to at least HND level/master Class 1 (STCW) or equivalent
• Experience in lieu of qualification
• Previous experience with responsibility for hydrocarbon production operations
• Previous FPSO experience
• Involvement in commissioning activities
• Medically Fit To Work Offshore
• Holding a valid BOSIET Certificate

2. Marine Superintendent (Indonesian National)

Key Requirements:

• Ability to efficiently manage the health, safety and welfare of marine (cargo) personnel on board the installation
• Has a thorough knowledge of PTW system and risk assessment procedures
• Ability to manage departmental risks - hazard identification and risk control
• Good understanding of Class and Marine Department Requirements
• Able to execute marine related operations within the parameters established by regulatory authorities
• Have knowledge of marine operation; During mooring operations, Loading and unloading of supply vessels, Connection and disconnection of shuttle tanker, Cargo and ballasting operations
• Understanding of the FPSO mooring system; safe operating envelopes
• Other task as designated by the OIM
• Knowledge of the CMMS, Safety Critical Elements (SCE s) and the Combined Written Scheme for Examination and Verification of SCE s
• Knowledge of FPSO Emergency Response Organization and Plans
• Alerting SAR routines
• Able to act as Incident Controller

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in a relevant Engineering/Science
• Class 1 / Master Mariner s certificate of competency (or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years offshore experience including at least 3 years in a supervisory / management position
• Previous FPSO experience as Marine Superintendent of equivalent
• Involvement in commissioning activities and/or an introduction period offshore with an experienced incumbent
• Certified to be a Mooring Master specifying the ability to undertake tandem mooring berthing operations
• Medically Fit To Work Offshore
• Holding a valid BOSIET Certificate

Asset/Country Manager (Indonesian National)

Key Requirements:

• Have the ability to Protect the commercial and legal interests of the company in country of operations, Comprehend contract and their requirements, Negotiate and administer commercial contracts
• Administer O&M contracts in accordance with quality procedures meeting contractual requirements and the client's satisfaction
• Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the implementation of QHSE Management System i.e. compliance with legislation, company policies, standards and procedures and monitoring such compliance
• Have good working knowledge of Class and Marine Department Requirements
• Understands; Relevant Offshore Health & Safety and Environmental legislation, Office guidance and industry guidance, Legislation governing Waste Management and Pollution Prevention
• Working knowledge of local labor law and local commercial code
• As Company's senior representative, the Country Manager/Asset Manager is responsible for business activities in country
• Shall be able to ensure that mechanisms are in place and functioning for; material supply, recruitment and job placement, training and development, repairs and maintenance, auditing and periodic assessments of plant integrity, offshore security and shore support for emergency response
• Knowledge of the Computerize Planned Maintenance, maintenance and inspection systems, Safety Critical Elements (SCE's)
• Have a good knowledge on Emergency Response

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent commercial experience; foreign offshore oil & gas industry
• Minimum 10 years of offshore experience, including at least 5 years in supervisory/management position
• Previous FPSO experience
• Involvement in commissioning activities
• Medically Fit To Work Offshore
• Holds a valid BOSIET Certificate
