HR Manager
Job Description :
In charged to maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
Duties :
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
- Manage Recruiting and Selection and Orientation Program
- Preparing employment contracts and expatriate contract
- Handling Compensation and Benefit including Jamsostek, Health Insurance, Payroll and Overtime
- Lead the company initiatives to roll out HR Process in the Performance Management, Training and Pay Plan
- Developing manpower and training plans.
- Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Maintain HR Information System, ensure up to date information and analyze the data for reports and enquires
Requirements :
Skills and Specifications;
- Have knowledge and skill about employment regulations in Indonesia, concept and execution for Recruitment & Selection, Career Path, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management, etc
- Negotiation skill, Communication Skill, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solver, Employee Relation
- Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point
- Familiar with HRIS System is advantage
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
Education and Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management.
- Minimum 35 years old, flexible, pleasant personality and straight character
- At lease 7 years of working experiences in similar position
- Mature, good leadership, independent and able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills, effectively interact with and influences employees of all levels
