We are one of the National Contractor Has A Contract with the Company’s Oil and Gas and Geothermal Both Offshore and Onshore such as Java Sea, Natuna, Sampang Madura, Sumatra, Aceh and Papua.

We are Currently looking for candidates as below:

Cost Controller

The Role:

Cost Controller is involved in execution stages of the project. The scope includes interaction within the Project team between different disciplines and sub-teams; and with EPC contractors.

The Cost Controller shall be responsible for the following activities:

• Independently maintaining detailed budgeted Cost database of the project.
• Monitoring budgeted cost versus actual spend by cost centers.
• Forecasting the cost to completion by cost centers.
• Updating the cost database on a day to day basis by interacting with Project team members and recording cost incurred and likely to be incurred on each cost centre.
• Generating Cost S curves Planned, Actual and Forecast. Preparing the Cash flow statement for the project.
• Preparing Monthly Cost report, highlighting the Cost overruns (if any) and forecasting likely overruns (if any) for project team to take necessary corrective steps.
• Assisting Project Control Coordinator in cost control measures.
• Coordinate cost change control process for the scope and work with EPCI contractor and project team to resolve issues
• Supporting any other cost related activities as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

Job Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Teknik Industri, Mechanical Engineer & Civil Engineer or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Cost Control of Contractor, preferably in the Oil & Gas, industry.
• Good understanding/has experience with onshore/offshore fabrication and EPCI costing
• Experience with multinational/cultural environment EPCI contract in Major Projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple WBS cost systems in a multi AFE environment from external contractor cost information, has prepared monthly cost reports, and served as Company cost rep in contract execution role.
• Good team work and communication skill with high initiative
• Willing to work outside of big cities and/or in any fabrication arround the Indonesia
• Advanced skills in Excel; required, with Kildrummy Cost Manager (KCM) experience desired.
