Educational Background : Graduate from University.
Minimum Qualifications :
• Work Drilling Fluids and or Cementing for 3 years in operator or Service Company.
• Technical skills required in WBM, OBM and Cement.
• Familiar with Fluids and cement analysis and API procedures.
• Technical skills in large volume Mud mixing and transfer supervision on Contractor base.
• Knowledge of drilling operation in swamp and offshore area.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.

Basic Function & Scope
• Supervise all operations related to Fluids and Cuttings treatment with respect to the HSE company rules
• Perform quality insurance of treatment process, stock inventory and consumption, field analysis and contractor reporting.
• Prepare daily waste report, phase and final reports on every well drilled.
• Prepare requests for cuttings barges and follows up closely to ensure free of rig lost time due to waste logistic.
• Participate to ensure that all fluids and cuttings treatment related operations on the rig are carried out to minimize waste generation.
• Optimize product usage and minimize waste at a minimal cost without impairing safety and drilling performances.
• Control and maintain Oil on drilled cuttings maximum 10% by weight of dry cuttings.
• Control and maintain water discharge maximum 25 ppm (as per regulation).
Activities/Environment/Major Problems
• Environment & Major Problems:
• The job is related to drilling operation on 24 hours basis requiring initiative and proactive action to solve and support any occurrences on rig site to avoid delay of operation.
• HSE matters are primary importance, particularly in the Mahakam delta specially the environment.
• Good reporting is essential for the lessons learnt and follow up of daily operations.
• Activities:
• Ensure that fluids & cuttings management plan and specific procedures are available, understood and adhered to by personnel involved.
• Optimize the management of fluids & cuttings treatment services in the field. Coordinate actions between the different parties involved in order to ensure that the best procedures are followed.
• Ensure that Company and Contractor HSE standards are respected by the individuals executing the fluids and cuttings treatment contract..
• Perform quality control.
• Assist specific operations on treatment sites when required.
• Follow up of all fields operations.
• Control logistics and inventory management.
• Review and report analyses of any equipment failure or non-conformance services..
• Ensure permanent quality of data reporting.
• Ensure that all required analysis (daily and official) are made on time, on samples correctly taken, properly labeled and that field analysis are done with high standard of quality.
• Monitor oil on cuttings concentration and oil in water analysis to ensure compliance with the enforced regulations.
• Monitor and adjust the solid control equipment performance of the rigs.
• Report and exchange information.
Principal Accountabilities
• Ensure the implementation of standard waste management operation on the rig.
• Perform all waste reports and oil in water analysis reports.
• Ensure that health safety and environment are in accordance with rules for Fluids and cuttings treatment.
• Ensure safe, efficient and cost effective drilling operations
WORKSITE : Handil or POSB or Pendingin
Work Schedule : Rotational Basis (14/14 or 28/28)
Educational Background : Graduate from University.

Educational Background : Graduate in Chemistry.

• Work as a Laboratory Technician for 3 years in operator or Service Company.
• Technical skills required in WBM, OBM and Cement.
• Familiar with Fluids and cement analysis and API procedures.

• 3 years experience required in drilling / completion / testing / work-over activity with field exposure or operational HSE function with field exposure and good knowledge of well construction activities.
• Excellent communication skill is necessary.
• Supervisory and leadership skills are mandatory.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.

Educational Background : Graduate from University.
Minimum Qualifications :
• Recognised experience in re-entry well, development/delineation, HPHT, horizontal well.
• Technical skills required in directional drilling and horizontal well design, in multilateral well will be a plus.
• Field experience is necessary.
• Familiar with drilling software (hydraulic, torque and drag, BHA, well path design) and all software under Windows NT.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.

Minimum Qualifications :
• At least 5 years specific experience in managing the contracting procurement.
• Possessing strong knowledge of contractual matters and fully acquainted with prevailing policy & regulation.
• Very good English skills both written and spoken.
• Familiar with Oil & Gas business contract service standards.
• Familiar with Oil & Gas operations and techniques

Minimum Qualifications :
• Bachelor degree, preferably in engineering
• At least 1 year solid experience managing high value contract and procurement, preferably with Drilling contracts management process.
• Having good knowledge on Electronic Resource Planning (ERP) system and on hands experience of using one.
• Possessing strong knowledge on the contractual matters and fully acquainted with prevailing policy & regulation (PTK 007).
• Good English skills both written and spoken.
• Familiar with Oil & Gas business contract service standards.
• Excellent Team Worker.
