PT Donggi-Senoro LNG (“DSLNG”) is the first LNG Joint Venture project developed as a downstream business activity in Indonesia. DSLNG’s facility located in Uso, Banggai Regency of Central Sulawesi, has a production capacity of 2 Million tonnes of LNG per annum. Striving to be a world class facility, DSLNG is committed to becoming a safe and reliable provider of LNG.
To strengthen the team in DSLNG, we are looking for dynamic professionals to fill the following positions:
Basic Function:
• Conduct the preparation and assist in the preparation and payment of wages and salaries and maintenance of related records.
• Ensure preparation and distribution salaries and wages accurately and on time.
• Ensure the maintenance of pay records, associated time keeping data and statistics, leave records and related personnel information.
• Ensure assistance with maintenance of award data to ensure wages payments comply with awards, arbitrated decisions, and consent agreements.
• Guarantee the assistance in the processing of workers’ compensation claims.
• Guarantee payroll, payroll tax, insurance and super annulation payments and authorized payroll deduction are being reconciled.
• Implement QHSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in accounting or any fields
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll area
• Knowledge of Tax PPh 21 & 26 SPM
• Knowledge of Accouting Journal Report
• Knowledge of Jamsostek
Basic Function:
• Enforcing the HSE requirements, standards and instructions with emphasis on environmental aspects.
• Incorporate HSE instructions in routine orders and see that they are obeyed by all personnel working at the site.
• Ensuring compliance with AMDAL and UPL/UKL for Soil Cut and Fill.
• Liaise with QHSE Manager and develop a site specific HSE Plan in accordance with the overall HSE Management Plan.
• Review and endorse EPC Contractor’s site HSE plans.
• Establish and facilitate site safety meetings.
• Establish and improve site environmental management and monitoring system.
• Establish and improve incident reporting system.
• Establish and improve site guidance and awareness environmental training system.
• Periodically monitor construction activities and provide oversight and enforcement of the company’s and regulatory HSE requirements.
• Coordinate, administer, and maintain documentation of the HSE program in accordance with the company and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with government bodies and professional organization on HSE matters especially concerning environmental matters.
• Manage relationship with third party hygiene and waste disposal service provider.
• Maintain comprehensive record and manage all statutory HSE reporting requirement on environmental aspect in particular.
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Environmental study or Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience as HSE officer on large scale construction projects out of which 3 years on environmental matters
• Experience on site development and marine construction preferred
• Possess professional qualifications and technical working knowledge of environmental requirements for large scale construction projects
• Knowledge of contractor HSE plan requirements
Basic Function:
• Perform a variety of skilled tasks involved in the monitoring, inspection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting on electrical equipment, maintenance, repair, and servicing on field and shop equipment, components, facilities, and machinery associated within the production of LNG.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and process control, including air and gas compressors and gas turbines used for power generation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, pumps, hydro mechanical system and related equipment and apparatus used in the production, treatment, storage and distribution of LNG to ensure production process is running well.
• Diagnose causes of electrical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the reliability of electrical equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections including visual checks and equipment monitoring; capture equipment repair status and reliability data; and enter into CMMS to ensure accurate data documentation.
• Coordinate various maintenance and production support activities, such as but not limited to prepare equipment for maintenance and monitor maintenance activities within production units to ensure proper safety interface.
• Communicate process equipment status, equipment availability and reliability issues with other personnel and shift personnel to provide accurate information.
• Adhere to Permit to Work procedures to ensure plant runs safely, reliably, and in support of all goals
• Read drawings and procedures in order to determine correct repair/calibration practices.
• Respond to process upsets and emergency situation, including firefighting, equipment isolation, de-pressuring, and evacuation to provide caution in emergency situation.
• Implement QHSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation.
Requirement:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from college or university or Part Time Technical Courses or vocational.
• At least 5 years of experience involved in the Electrical Maintenance of a large industrial process plant.
Able to use precision and diagnostic instruments to measure, read and interpret plans, specifications, manuals and blueprints
• Able to use hand tools, pipe-threaders, taps, dies and measuring instruments
Basic Function:
• Perform a variety of skilled tasks involved in the monitoring, inspection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting on instrument equipment, maintenance, repair, and servicing on field and shop equipment, components, facilities, and machinery associated within the production of LNG.
• Install, maintain, and repair instrument equipment and process control, including air and gas compressors and gas turbines used for power generation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, pumps, hydro mechanical system and related equipment and apparatus used in the production, treatment, storage and distribution of LNG to ensure production process is running well.

• At least 5 years of experience involved in the Instrument Maintenance of a large industrial process plant
Basic Function:
• Monitor and to manage, on behalf of DSLNG, the plant deterioration, such as wall thickness of equipment and piping, painting, insulation and to suggest preventive, active or passive resolution to maintain the asset integrity
• Review and optimize the plant inspection plan, both risk based and condition based inspection work
• Finalize the risk based inspection plan and conditional inspection plan,
• Train the inspectors during commissioning phase
• Manage the initial measurements of equipment/piping system
• Monitor the deterioration of the plant and revise the inspection plan as needful.
• Maintain proper inspection and documentation for SKKP and SKPI renewal by getting an approval from GOI.
• Implement QHSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation.
Requirement:
• Graduate with a BSc in metallurgy or mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards for design and engineering purposes
• Belonging or have belonged to the international organization such as NACE
• Experienced with MIGAS for the certificate updates/extension
