In 2010, PT Cipta Kridatama was integrated under the umbrella of ABM Investama Group, a strategic investment company in energy sector, energy service and infrastructure. PT ABM Investama Tbk, listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (ABMM) is part of Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT), one of the countrys largest business groups with more than 40 years of experience in heavy equipment industry. The evolution has brought the Group in the synergy of a business network from coal mining, mining contractor service to power supply solution.

This services exist to further expand our business horizons, and be a End to End solutions for all our existing as well as prospective clients within various industries, such as: mining, oil and gas, geothermal, industrial plant, and general infrastructures.

To support our rapid growth, we are now inviting qualified & dedicated persons to join us in the role as:


Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Superintendent


  • Develop objectives and annual work plans of Corporate Legal Department in accordance with the work plan of the Corporate Legal Department .
  • Delivering the annual budget proposal of  Corporate Legal Department in Jakarta to the Corporate Legal Manager.
  • Examine the draft contract or company agreements with third parties for  Head Office and projects made by the Corporate Legal Department ( counsel ).
  • Reviewing the draft contract from a third party for Head Office and Projects in accordance with the procedures / guidelines of the company.
  • Ensure contracts relating to the company in Head office and projects in accordance with the procedure.
  • Conduct reconfirmation regarding the contents of a draft contract for Head Office and projects .
  • Monitoring the required license for the company in Head Office.
  • Ensuring the validity of all licenship of the company in Head Office.
  • Evaluate the problems faced by companies and employees in Jakarta .
  • Provide legal opinion related to the problems faced by companies and employees concerning the legal aspects.
  • Provide an alternative solution to the employees and the company in accordance with the legal provisions and the applicable legislation.
  • Monitor the ongoing legal process and provide solutions to the problems being faced .
  • Create the subordinates work targets / KPI conduct performance coaching and performance assessment to ensure the achievement of the subordinates targets / KPI.
  • Identify and propose a development method for the subordinates career development.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): legal corporate, communication skill, Draft Legal Contracts.
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cilandak.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
